DIRECTIONS:
Follow the attached Diet Program. For adults take one capful (1 ounce) 3 hours after you last food intake. For those wishing to lose more than 25 pounds, follow the additional instructions in the enhanced diet plan. Take an additional cupful (1 ounce) upon rising and increase your exercise program to 7 days a week. your body requires extra hydration during times of weight loss. Therefore, drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water per day (see attached lifestyle tips). Gradual weight loss is the best method for permanent results. Therefore, do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Diabetics/hypoglycemics: Use only under a doctor's supervision because this product contains chromium, which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels.
